Genelek Sistemas has a Preventive Maintenance Service available to its customers, which includes telephone hot-line service, Remote Assistance, periodic reviews.

All this entails a greater availability of the facilities.

The support and advice to our clients is a constant in the work of the Company. This is the first step of the final objective: Total Customer Service.
